Article 1 of ICESCR states“each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes to take steps, individually and through international assistance and cooperation, especially economic and technical, for the purpose of ensuring the effective realization of social and cultural rights”. This commitment quite clearly demonstrates that State parties have an obligation to ensure effective realization of Social Economic Cultural rights. Thus there is a need for determination whether managers can violate Human Rights or not.
